Each of us has a skincare routine of one type or another, and whether we use many products or a just a few, it is important to do each step in the proper order in this routine.
The skin of the face consists of three layers: hypodermis, dermis and epidermis, and we need to protect all of them!
You might not know that the order in which we put the products on our face is important.
So, how do we do this? In general, we start from the lightest product to the heaviest product.
The serum is usually the gentlest substance we use. It is a concentrated extract of active substances with a particularly small molecule that allows them to penetrate deep into the skin.
We recommend placing it under the moisturizing cream. The serum will increase the absorption capacity of what we put on top of it and will assist in the process of storing the moisture that is important for the skin.
After the serum, apply the face cream, then the sunblock (or night cream, at night) and finally the eye cream.
Of course, it is important that all the skincare products you use be appropriate for your skin type.
Therefore, we have designed products for a recommended skincare routine for all types of skin, from normal to dry (see the table below).
